Where to send AUX paperwork, what Aux paperwork do you need?
Flotillas run on paperwork and knowing what bit of paper to send and who it goes to is key. Thankfully DIRAUX has been kind enough to make a guide on who to contact at their offices with typical paperwork.
The following link will download the PDF entitled "Where to send it" from DIRAUX:
How to sign up new members
All of the paperwork for signing up new members is now available on-line, as is the new members test. New candidates for members can fill out the paperwork and take the test in the comfort of their own home. This is a major advance. Once the preliminary paperwork is finished the candidate need only be fingerprinted and photographed.
The following link is to a document which explains in detail all of the paperwork for a new member. It contains all of the links and some practical advice on how to take the exam. This document was prepared by Flotilla 5-10 and greatly streamlined their new member sign-ups.
The document is available for viewing here in HTML format here:

ICS Courses
In order to do any Boat Crew, Communication, or Emergency Response your members must complete the FEMA IS-100, 200 and IS-700, 800 courses. These are free, open-book courses you can take online. After your members complete the courses, and pass the tests, have them save the certificates and emails that state that they receive. Send copies of these documents to the FSO-IS so they can be entered into the system.
